The round-table discussion was organized in Prishtinë/Priština on 14 June 2017. In the round table Mr. Andrew Russell, Resident Representative of UNDP Kosovo expressed gratitude to the EU donor of this project, partners, municipalities, Red Cross, Association of Kosovo Municipalities, and all other stakeholders. Mr. Russell pointed out that UNDP Kosovo has been working in DRR since 2010 and is one of the few active players in this field and presented main achievement on DRR in Kosovo. Mr. Armen Grigoryan, DRR Team Leader and Advisor, UNDP Istanbul Regional Hub, expressed admiration for the achieved results so far on DRR in Kosovo and added the important SEE Urban project. The EU Representative Mr. Gazmend Selimi, Task Manager, EU office in Kosovo, attended the round table as well. In the round table were presented successful models of DRR network from region such as the Croatian Platform of Districts and Cities for Disaster Risk Reduction by Mr. Marijan Vundic. The representatives of Centre for Development of The South-East Planning Region, FYR of Macedonia, Mr. Risto Chivchiev presented their model for urban resilience local network. The representative of AKM, Mrs. Shqipe Arifaj, presented proposed model for networking on DRR in Kosovo. Presentation of the initial results achieved by SEE-Urban project and SWOT analyses of 7 models were made by Mr. Krunoslav Katic, SEE-Urban project. The feedback of the participants’ perception of the proposed model for Kosovo was received through questionnaire developed by SEE-Urban project filled-in upon the completion of the round table. Number of participants was 27 (gender disaggregated data: 15% Female).
