BSc in International Relations and Diplomacy, Faculty for Political Science, University in Belgrade

Over 7 years of professional experience with working for the Ministry of Interior, in the field of Emergency management and DRR. Started as PR coordinator for the Sector for Emergency Management, and working on Crisis communication and work with civil sector. In last 4 years, working in field of international cooperation – cooperating with international organizations (UNISDR – Focal point for Republic of Serbia, UNDP and other UN offices, DG ECHO and UCPM, OSCE, NATO EADRCC, RCC and DPPI SEE, CMEP and other regional initiatives), also on bilateral level with many national organizations in charge of EM and DRR; and working on projects and regional programs of cooperation in field of coordination of international assistance in emergencies and DRR and DRM. Actively involved in activities in process of Negotiation with the EU (Chapter 27 / Civil Protection; and Chapter 30 / Humanitarian assistance).
During Flood Emergency in 2014, engaged in organizing and providing HNS for incoming international assistance, working closely with EUCPT and UNDAC teams; and coordination with LSG’s Emergency Management HQs.
Holds numerous certificates in capacity building in EM, DRR and DRM, provided by UN, EUCP Mechanism, DEMA, etc, among which ToT for the Implementation of Sendai Framework (UNISDR ONEA – GETI). Participated in many TTX and FX, national and international. In 2013 – 2014, was engaged as trainer in trainings on Crisis communication.
