Sandra,Nedeljkovic holds degree of University of Political Science in Belgrade, in,the field of International Relations and Diplomacy, MA in Public,Administration, Local Self-government and Public Policy, from the same,University and specialisation in European Studies. After working in the field,of journalism, marketing, PR and business, she entered the public,administration, and started to work for Government of Serbia in the area of,local self-government and decentralisation.,In the 2014 the 2/3 of Serbia was fully flooded, and she entered the,newly formed Government Office for Flooded Areas Reconstruction and Recovery.,Being in the resilience reconstruction process from the beginning, Sandra had,opportunity to be involved in a upgrading and reforming Disaster Risk,Management process in Serbia with the enhance of risk reduction. She finished,the courses for Legal framework for disaster risk management, Disaster Risk,Management and Post disaster need assessment (PDNA). Being accountable for,implementation of National Disaster Risk Management Program in Serbia, the,focus of professional interest is to assure resilience and risk reduction is,mainstreamed as a crosscutting policy in all sectors. Also, to assure full,implementation of Sendai framework in Serbia.
