Working for the Red Cross for over 7 years out of which 4 years directly on coordination of the activities of the disaster response teams as Coordinator and Team Leader, especially during the migration crises in the transit centers in Macedonia. In 2009 as volunteer, was working as Commander of the mountain rescue team in the City Red cross of Skopje; took part in the water safety center as lifeguard in the national society and coordinator of the Water safety center for 1 year. During the floods in Skopje in 2016 he was working as field coordinator and team leader, responsible for humanitarian aid, distribution, plan of action, International first aid trainer trained from the UK Florian operation, and paramedic trained from the military medical center in Skopje, Military hospital. Trainer in the Disaster preparedness program in MRC.
