Master degree (MSc) in civil protection and environment at the Faculty for Security, Belgrade (Serbia)

After receiving Master degree (MSc) in civil protection and environment at the Faculty for Security, Belgrade (Serbia) in 2009, he was actively involved in the field of emergency preparedness and management of crisis response in Montenegro. He is an organizer and main contact point of all important projects in this area such as IPA Programme, phase I and II – European Union Programme on Civil Protection Cooperation for the Candidate Countries and Potential Candidates and IPA 2011: Building Resilience to Disasters in Western Balkans and Turkey; UNDP projects involving drafting and adopting municipal rescue and protection plans from floods for 12 municipalities (July 2011-January 2013) etc. He is also UNICEF project Coordinator for  Emergency Preparedness, Response and Disaster Risk Reduction in Montenegro (November 2012-December 2013); GIZ  project Coordinator for Protection and rescue from floods – Climate Change Adaptation in Western Balkan; Project Coordinator for IPA Cross-Border Serbia-Montenegro (August 2012- April 2014) and Project Coordinator for OSCE DRR project  in OSCE countries. Moreover, mr Tmusic is the National Training Coordinator for EU Civil Protection Mechanism, SENDAI focal point and National Platform Coordinator and Disaster Risk Reduction Focal Point (European  Forum  for  DRR). He coordinated the development of the National Strategy for DRR with Dynamic Plan of Activities for the Implementation of the Strategy for the period 2018-2023 in Montenegro.
